Help and Hope

We had the most amazing and powerful time at Reach Academy this past 4 weeks on our extended NVR Sessions for local parent/carers. We offer a safe space to share common feelings and struggles whilst exploring strategies for immediate de-escalation of conflict in the home, improved relationships and communication with your children and young people. Here are some of those common thoughts and feelings - you are not alone. We offer help and hope because we have been there too.
